Mo Duk Pai Kung Fu
Mo Duk Pai translates variously as "Martial Ethical Way (or Path)" or "Way of the Ethical Warrior". It is a modern eclectic system of kung fu developed by our founder, Professor Fred King. An eclectic martial art is one which encompasses both hard (like punches and kicks) and soft (like circular deflecting movements) techniques.
In Mo Duk Pai we are taught to take responsibility for our actions and behaviour, considering their effects on others, and to act in a fashion that causes least harm. But once we are in a fight, we fully commit to its finish. Hence, we must be both ethical and martial.
