I had a good deal of fun with this. As a childless (dare I say it?) middle-aged woman I feel it’s never to early to goad small children into causing trouble for their parents. Hence the anarchy symbol on the baby beanie. Happily, the mother was delighted and even posted pictures on her own knitting blog.
This is a reduced-size version of a beanie I made by request for my 22-yr old nephew. The hat is knit in the round, with the anarcy symbol worked using the “Bulgarian Rose” intarsia-in-the-round method.
