After weeks of being a slug I ran the stairs today. I have to force myself to do this. My doctor says I’m healthy except for my weight. My sifu says I don’t have to lose weight for him, but I do need to improve recovery time.
So I’m hitting the stairs again. It’s not that difficult or time-consuming, I’m just lazy. I do get a nice feeling of accomplishment when I do it though. I have to keep reminding myself of that.
