Two pounds down, 28 to go.
I’ve finally decided to do something about my creeping weight gain. Nothing dramatic, just cutting down portions and avoiding the peanut M&Ms at work.
Plus I’ve gone back to running stairs on my lunch hour. I was surprised at how hard that was. It’s only been a month since I ran 5 reps of 4 flights, but it feels as if I’ve only just started. My calves were sore for a couple days after.
This is also a good time to review Dr Shapiro’s Picture Perfect Weight Loss. Last night’s veal marsala and red wine probably wouldn’t fit that pattern.
