I drank way more beer this weekend than I thought I did. They’re not 2oz tastes, they’re 7oz tastes. So if I had 6 or 7 tastes, that’s a lot of beer.
No wonder after the weekend’s debauchery I show a distinct weight gain. Damn. I need to adhere more stringently to “it’s not a diet it’s a lifestyle change.” Larger portions of vegetables and salad, substitute fish and tofu for meat, cut back on potatoes, bread and pastas.
E and I were both pretty beered-out by Sunday, so we just stayed home. I made fried chicken. Not good for the diet. But I do make good fried chicken if I say so myself.
