We are now the official owners of my mother’s 1995 Toyota Corolla. It has fewer than 16,000 miles on it. This is the car owned by a little old lady who only drove it to the grocery store.
We still haven’t solved the battery-alternator problem, apparently. E put in a new alternator a few weeks back. We thought we were in the clear. But last night when we drove downtown, the car wouldn’t start. Click click click. No engine turning over.
We had to call my sis-in-law’s AAA to get a tow home. I have so got to get AAA.
Car is now in the garage, hooked up to a battery charger.
